Our Purpose

The main motivation for creating MySelfCareNotes is that we believe mental health is just as important as physical health. Our goal is to help people live their best lives by providing them helpful resources and support for self-care.

We believe that everyone deserves to love and care for themselves, and we’re here to help make that happen. We hope that this blog will inspire you to take care of yourself in whatever way works best for you.

Eliza Robinson, co-founder and editor in chief of MySelfCareNotes, is passionate about raising awareness on mental health issues.
A yoga and outdoor enthusiast, Eliza enjoys hiking and spending time in nature. As a mental health advocate, she hopes to destigmatize mental illness and help others find healing and hope.
